We want you to be completely satisfied with your Argosy QR labels. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no cost within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@argosyqr.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or refund.

How to start a return
Email support@argosyqr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
